If you have a concern about, or are dissatisfied, with any particular aspect of the services provided by JARE ATP, this can, more often than not, be dealt with by immediately raising the matter with an appropriate member of JARE ATP staff. JARE ATP acknowledges however that there are occasions when matters cannot be dealt with or resolved in this way and that a more formal, documented approach, is necessary.
Should you wish to raise a formal complaint regarding any of JARE ATP’s services there are feedback forms available, on request, from the JARE ATP Admissions Secretary.

No written student complaints were made in 2019-20 to JARE ATP.
